Talent Acquisition Partner

The Role:

The right candidate will have a strong and diverse recruiting background and an affinity for aligning with strong candidates from job fit to culture add. We want our Talent Acquisition Partner to focus on finding talent that will be successful in their role and with the organization. Providing reliable customer service to Hiring Managers and all candidates for a positive candidate and employee experience is a must. We work in a fast-paced environment that is growing and changing to meet the needs of its internal team members while focusing on our external employer brand.

This role reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and is a key member of the G&A team.


  • Manage Talent Acquisition and its functions for all departments at FullContact, with the ability to tell the story of our brand. 
  • Own the candidate experience, through the entire candidate life-cycle; act as the main point of contact for candidates. 
  • Establish strong relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates. 
  • Coordinate phone screens, in-person interviews, and interview debriefs.
  • Screen candidates for proper skills fit as well as add to the company, team, and culture. 
  • Source candidates proactively and build talent pipelines. 
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts; review talent acquisition practices, policies, and processes through a DEI lens.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to recruiting and screening applicants. 
  • Employee events planning.
  • Talent Acquisition and HR projects as assigned. 
  • Manage and update internal Talent Acquisition Documents.
  • Track and report out on key recruiting metrics weekly, annually, and as needed.

  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment where change is constant. 
  • Strong ability to source candidates and build a strong employer brand within the community. 
  • Strong time management and organization skills are a must. 
  • SaaS/Technology experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ATS systems and G-Suite. 
  • Team-player, willing to jump in where needed.
  • Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal.
  • Punctual and able to respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and persistent.
  • Positive attitude.

Compensation and Benefits: 

  • Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000 base salary plus company based bonus plan and equity
  • Benefits: 100% paid dental, medical, and vision for employees and family coverage; unlimited PTO, 11 company holidays; 401K (match); paid parental leave; EAP
