FullContact Senior Account Executive

 

FullContact, Inc. is seeking a Bay Area based Senior Account Executive (SAE) to join our sales organization driving revenue growth within a team of 5 covering the Pacific Region, (California, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, and Alaska.)  

 

The SAE is responsible for owning several functions within the team, including prospecting and business development, and the full sales cycle from start to close.  The role focuses on driving new business revenue within the region, but can include a component of upselling and cross-selling existing customers.  The SAE will play an extremely active role in closing business in multiple verticals (SaaS, enterprise brand, data providers) and must be comfortable getting their hands dirty in day-to-day activities including prospecting, onsite presentations, outreach planning and execution, and interaction with other members of FullContact’s Go To Market Team.  This position reports to FullContact’s Pacific Territory Director, based in Denver.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Full execution of 6-12 month sales process
  • Consistent above quota performance each quarter
  • Quick mastery of FullContact’s suite of products
  • Rapid understanding and total adoption of the Go To Market sales enablement tech stack
  • A desire to hunt, then eat what you kill
  • A willingness to prospect
  • Collaboration with other stakeholders for customer retention and growth
  • Daily pipeline management and hygiene
  • Ability to travel regularly, including routine trips to Denver
  • Rapid adoption of FullContact’s Stage and Forecasting Methodology
  • Eagerness to wear many hats in any given day


 

Our ideal candidate will possess the following experience and competencies:

  • 5+ years SaaS or data/data-services sales experience
  • Devotion to a career in Sales
  • Evidence of continuous above quota production as an individual contributor
  • Previous formal sales training
  • Start-up experience
  • Proven experience managing forecasting through complex sales cycles
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity and persuasive confidence  
  • Ability to take leadership role organizing cross-functional teams to achieve success
  • Capability to work from home and operate in Mountain Time
  • Humility to cooperate closely with the territory manager, executing joint calls frequently

 

Additional Desired Experience:

  • Experience with SFDC, Yesware, DocSend, Docusign, Zoominfo, Autopilot
  • Experience selling in the Bay Area/executive contacts in the Bay Area
  • Experience selling data products
