FullContact Regional Sales Director

FullContact, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director (RSD) to join our Denver based sales organization driving revenue growth for a team of 5 covering the Pacific Region, (California, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, and Alaska.)  

The RSD will manage a multi-function team of sales professionals, including Senior Account Executives, Junior Account Executives, and Lead Gen resources.  The role includes ownership of all new and existing revenue associated to the region, with a focus on new business pipeline growth, account development, and upsell and cross-sell of existing customers.  The RSD will play an extremely active role in closing business in each of these verticals, and must be comfortable getting their hands dirty in day-to-day activities including prospecting, sales training, travel, outreach planning and execution, and interaction with other members of FullContact’s Go To Market Team.  This position reports to FullContact’s Director of API Sales and Operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Quick mastery of FullContact’s suite of products
  • In depth understanding of the Go To Market sales enablement tech stack
  • A desire to play a very active role in Sales engagements
  • A willingness to prospect
  • Collaboration with other departments for customer retention and growth
  • All team staff management, including recruiting
  • Ability to travel up to twice per month
  • Rapid adoption of FullContact’s Stage and Forecasting Methodology
  • Eagerness to wear many hats in any given day

Our ideal candidate will possess the following experience and competencies:

  • 5+ years technology sales experience
  • 2+ years technology sales management experience
  • Evidence of continuous above quota production as an individual contributor and manager
  • Previous formal sales training
  • Start-up experience
  • Proven experience managing forecasting through complex sales cycles
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity and persuasive confidence  
  • Ability to take leadership role in driving initiatives and organizing cross-functional teams to achieve quotas

Additional Desired Experience:

  • Experience with SFDC, Yesware, DocSend, Docusign, Zoominfo, Autopilot
  • Experience selling in the Bay Area/executive contacts in the Bay Area
  • Experience selling data products
